Subscription Refunds:

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must not have used the service to search for any driver review records. If you have already conducted searches, we will assume that you have used the service and are not eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used to make the initial subscription purchase.
  • After 14 days from your initial subscription purchase, we do not offer any refunds for any reason.
  • If you believe that you have been billed in error, please contact us at support@dbchecks.com.au within 30 days of the billing date. We will investigate the matter and issue a refund if the billing error is confirmed. Cancellation of Subscription
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@dbchecks.com.au. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days of the billing cycle.
